Pete Deschenes Lake Gaston Stakeholders Board

The overall goal of Aquatic Plant Management on Lake Gaston is to develop and maintain a healthy lake ecosystem based on a diverse plant community dominated by native species. The PDLGSB meets annually to review recommendations made by the Technical Advisory Group, offer Stakeholder input, reach consensus, and forward its recommendations onto the LGWCC. This group consists of twenty-one organizations including local community organizations, federal and state agencies, as well as the five county governments that adjoin Lake Gaston.
